Beautifully decorated rooms, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Generous communal spaces, always available. Friendly and helpful owners. Stunning views of the church spire at night. Great location for exploring north France and WW1/WW2 history. Excellent value for money.

Harold
Perfect hotel with an exceptionally nice location and stunning view over the garden. Location close enough to which is mainly a takeaway, the north east of England, and the beautiful garden. Also, back to the channel tunnel.

Had really comfortable stay for two nights at the end of our summer holidays. Everyone who worked there was really helpful and excellent. Overall it was well-designed with very comfy beds. The location was incredible and good, right by old town. Also, Steenmeulen Mill can be reached in 15 min walk. No complains at all, we truly enjoyed the place...

I loved this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. My stay was comfortable for two nights at the end of my summer holidays. The personnel was excellent and good, and the owner too. Its location was good, next to Calais, the Au Coeur Des Hôtes and bars and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming countryside hotel, just off the motorway and around 30 minutes south of Dunkirk. The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with prices that were more than reasonable for the high level of service and attention to detail provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the basic amenities were all in place. The rooms, located on the first floor, were beautifully decorated in neutral tones and boasted incredibly comfortable beds. My room offered a lovely view over the well-kept garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed relaxing with a drink in the cozy lounge downstairs, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. And of course, I cannot forget to mention the breakfast - a delicious continental-style feast with fresh, local products that truly set me up for the day ahead.
All was flawless, there was nothing to improve!

The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a variety of bread. The farmhouse decor was charming and the gardens were beautiful. The location was convenient for both ferry and tunnel crossings. We also enjoyed the quietness of the surrounding area.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the lack of soundproofing. The noise from other guests kept us awake at night and woke us up early in the morning.
